I am trying to use the vmdk2vhd program and every time I try to run the executable it says it has encountered an error and needs to close. It has done this to me on both an XP machine with SP3 and on a Server 2k3 machine with SP2. Any suggestions?

I tried to run the program on an XP machine with SP2 and all availables updates/patches installed and I got the same error. Is there a specific patch that isnt compatible with this utility?
