Hi there all.   I recently got a trial version of Symantec's Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) and am trying to virtualize a physical server in a VirtualIron 4.2 Environment.

I was able to create a VHD using BESR, but get a Blue screen reporting "Inaccessible boot device" when I try and boot the machine.  Anyone have any luck with this?

 Any help greatly appreciated!
