Am trying to convert a vmware VM to a format I can import into XenServer, found this little tool from vmToolkit to do it but can't get it to work.

Everytime I point it at the VMware VMDK-flat file it says that it is an invalid vmdk file. Does anybody know how I get a valid one...?
